Shashi Prabhu & Associates, in joint venture with Knight Frank India, has been entrusted with the Bid Management for this prestigious assignment. The joint venture is responsible for preparing and coordinating the comprehensive bid documentation on behalf of the contractor, including technical submissions, planning strategies, commercial coordination, and compliance with the stringent requirements of international sporting events. By combining SPA’s expertise in architecture, engineering, and sports infrastructure with Knight Frank India’s strengths in project advisory and real estate consultancy, the team has developed a compelling and technically robust bid that supports Gujarat’s vision of hosting world-class sporting events and establishing a lasting Olympic legacy.
