A journey that started in 1967 with one of the most intimidating assignments of designing the Wankhede Stadium, has reached a stage today where it is full of milestones along the way. Ar. Shashi Prabhu, the man who has lived this journey has been the torchbearer of both India’s architectural revolution and evolution.
From starting of with sports architecture to diversifying into healthcare and educational landmarks, he has seen the transformation of India’s architecture. In a freewheeling chat he talks about his journey, his learnings, the future of Mumbai city and the current trends in architecture.
